Tungsten steel
Material characteristics:It has extremely high hardness and excellent wear resistance. It also has good

chemical stability, it is not likely to undergo chemical reactions with the materials being processed.
Moreover, it can still maintain good cutting performance at high temperatures.
Application:It is used for slitting various materials such as kraft paper, wallpaper, plastic films, electronic
materials, etc. It can achieve high-precision and high-efficiency cutting, ensuring that the cutting edges
are flat and smooth. In the processing of plastic films, it can ensure the quality of the cutting edges even
during high-speed cutting. In the processing of electronic materials, it can prevent problems such as
material delamination and edge chipping.
High-speed steel
Material characteristics:It has relatively high hardness and good hot hardness, being able to maintain
its hardness and cutting performance at high temperatures. It also has good toughness, which enables it
to withstand a certain degree of impact, and its cutting performance is excellent.
Application:It is commonly used for paper slitting and can adapt to different types of paper. In the slitting
of fiber materials, it can make the fiber cutting edges neat and reduce damage. In leather processing, it
can adapt to the softness and toughness of leather and cut out smooth edges.
Carbon steel
Material characteristics:It has a relatively low cost, lower hardness, good toughness, poor wear
resistance and corrosion resistance, and is prone to rust.
Application:It is used for slitting common packaging paper materials with low requirements for cutting
precision and the wear resistance of the cutting tool, such as thin plastic sheets, paper tubes, wallpaper,
etc., as well as for slitting thin wooden boards or wood chips.
