Guidelines for Selecting Pneumatic Knife Holders

Knife Holder Type

Standard 76 Model Pneumatic Knife Holder

Suitable materials: film, paper, non-woven fabric, thin PU leather and textile fabrics

Features: simple installation, adjustable air pressure. Fits blades with specifications Φ76.2 × Φ17/19/22 mm

90/130/150 Heavy-Duty Pneumatic Knife Holders

Suitable for: Thick leather, carpets, thick rubber and hard composite materials

Features: Integrally formed knife holder with enhanced overall rigidity and high load-bearing bearings to prevent high-speed vibration; capable of sustaining continuous heavy pressure

Key Parameters for Knife Holder Selection

Blade outer diameter: Standard size 76.2mm (3 inch), large specifications available: 90/130/150mm.

Blade inner bore: Φ17 / Φ19 / Φ22 (not interchangeable, directly determines assembly compatibility). Blade thickness: 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0 / 5.0mm. Mounting type: Dovetail guide rail / straight rod fixing.

Important Note: Do not arbitrarily replace blades with different outer diameters or inner bores on the same knife holder. Mismatched dimensions will cause eccentricity, impair slitting precision and finished product quality.
